Nutricia’s continued growth required additional office space. Working to the design developed by WMK Architecture and under the broader project management of Knight Frank, the project delivered an additional 300sqm of NLA by laterally expanding Nurticia’s tenancy on Level Four. Given the close proximity to current business operations, we developed a meticulous staging, noise and dust management plan to minimise any impact to Nutricia’s staff while also retaining access to client-facing areas including reception and boardroom spaces. All disturbances to business operations were avoided.
The final stage of the fit-out involved the refurbishment of the client-facing elements of the workplace; we sensitively reconfigured the space for improved efficiency and reinvigorated the entry in line with the revitalised workplace design. The complete expanded office space is a technologically advanced workplace that leverages cutting-edge AV and security technologies within a modern commercial office.
