Gladesville Business Park is a modern, high-tech mixed use commercial site. The building spans 19,700sqm of NLA. Building Guild was awarded the refurbishment of the building as a lump sum contract.
The interior elements of the project centred around the upgrade of the existing lift lobbies including new tiling, painting, electrical works, signage to each lobby as well as an exterior scope of work.
With the building tenanted and businesses operating around the work areas, significant focus was placed on minimising impact on tenants throughout the works period. In response, much of the works were undertaken out of business hours and a communication plan was implemented to manage tenant expectations throughout the project. The result of our planning and construction methodology saw tenants operate in the building, using lift lobbies as usual on a daily basis as if no construction was underway.
