Located in the Macquarie Park corridor, this corporate park, built in 2000 consists of three modern office buildings. Building Guild’s lump sum project scope involved the 2,500sqm make-good of an open plan commercial office tenancy.
The project scope included:
demolition and removal of partitions
reinstatement of ceiling grid and tiles
mechanical, electrical and fire services reconfigured back to original base building design,
new carpet tiles,
2 new kitchenettes including joinery and vinyl flooring, and
upgrade to 5 lift lobbies and lift cores.
In addition to the tenancy works, we also delivered an out of hours refurbishment of the base building amenities including partitions, vanities, basins and hand dryers. Due to the live environment, it was essential to mitigate noisy works and vibration.
The entire project was delivered successfully without impact to tenant businesses and to an exacting standard, ready for marketing to potential tenants.
