Design & Construction

Our integrated design and construction service allows our creative, highly skilled and cost-effective designers to work alongside our construction team. This hybrid design and construct model provides our clients with a seamless end-to-end service from the initial design planning and approvals to project handover. Planning

Through careful planning, we ensure the safety of our people and the community and achieve our client’s goals. We are renowned for our detailed planning across all aspects of project delivery, from approvals, design and on-site construction management to occupancy certification at practical completion. We focus on identifying project risks at the inception and are detailed in our pre-construction design and procurement process.

Our safety planning is highly detailed and underpins every decision we make. Our expert team out-engineers known hazards and risks and optimises health and safety principles as an integral part of daily operations.

We take every opportunity to mitigate risk, reduce hazards and support our people to deliver their best work. We use an integrated approach for managing HSE in all aspects of our firm.

Our Health, Safety and Environmental Management Policy ensures the systematic management of all our people and partners we work with or affected by our work and ultimately the sustainable transformation of our community structures that we build.

Sustainable practices

Our integrated approach to ecologically sustainable development means that decisions at each phase of the design and construction process are good for the environment and the community.
