Rooftop Extension to add a floor of additional NLA, Complete Building Upgrade, Multi-floor Fit-out, Restaurant fit-out, End of Trip Facility, Carpark & Remediation
Building Guild was engaged by Nash Project Management to transform the building in its entirety, which now spans a total of six floors.
The workplaces consisted of five typical floors and the creation of an additional floor to increase the NLA of the asset, including a structural extension, a new waterproof balcony, new façade and a new entry foyer all fully compliant with accessability code.
Through creative design solutions and programme flexibility, Building Guild not only mitigated the challenges brought about by Covid 19, constant rain, flooding, and supply chain disruptions, but exceeded client expectations and delivered a project with an exemplary level of design and serviceability — all while meeting tenant move in time frames. In total, the project was completed within the span of 26 weeks.
