We delivered BCA upgrade works to Bay House, a four-storey commercial heritage building located in Ultimo. Having already completed a range of works within live working environments, we planned specific working hours and responded to the unique conditions of the tenanted building. Our project program minimised disruption to the existing tenants within Bay House.
Project works were staged over a 16-week program. The project plan was implemented to incorporate long lead time items while being cognisant of the timeframe to deliver works on level one. The staged program allowed Mirvac to review each agreed implementation in addition to a summary of out of hours works to minimise noise.
We delivered a seamless result through engineering a solution best suited for the requirements of the client and tenants alike.
