Lobby & End-of Trip-Facilities

201 Miller is an A-grade, 5-star NABERS energy rated commercial tower with an iconic façade that occupies a commanding position in North Sydney.

Our work entailed a complete refurbishment of the main lobby and end-of-trip facilities as well as upgrades to the DDA amenities.

The building lobby upgrade included new finishes, fixtures, joinery and furniture, while the fit-out of the end-of-trip facilities comprised bike storage units and amenity upgrades.

All works were successfully undertaken on this fully tenanted building with a strong emphasis on tenants’ safety, access and wellbeing.
