Darlinghurst’s Bar Brosé occupies the space that was once The Passage and is now reimagined as an inner-city modern bistro.
The Luchetti Krelle designed space was intentionally understated and exposed, yet elegant in its design, creating a space for the food, wine and customer interaction to take centre stage.
Working collaboratively with the client team from concept design drawings, which set the tone for the space, our scope involved stripping out and delivering on the design vision.
We worked with the chef on the functional design of the commercial kitchen through to the services design throughout the space which required keeping diners comfortable while the kitchen pass was opened up to face the dining area; bringing guests closer to the experience.
During the 4-week construction period, our team worked collaboratively with the client on both the aesthetic and functional design changes.
