Building Guild’s residential division delivered a high-end coastal residence, on the South Coast of NSW and situated on a stunning southern peninsula. The complete renovation combined modernist and traditional values. This project entailed the construction of a two-storey extension, complete with panoramic water views.
The design called for extensive use of custom milling in all sections, as well as complex handling methods for the heavy hardwood members. The project’s meticulous planning and exquisite craftsmanship and outstanding results were recognised with the 2015 NSW & National MBA Award for ‘Excellence in Housing’.
