Located in the heart of Parramatta’s corporate precinct, the building underwent a full façade, elevator and lobby refurbishment, creating a contemporary environment for its occupiers.
Our project team delivered the significant repair and restoration while tenants were still operating within the building; our proven methodologies and stakeholder engagement ensured minimal impact for occupants.
The project consisted of staged works. Through a thorough examination of the proposed scope, we approached the stages carefully to ensure quality outcomes for the interior refurbishment and façade upgrades at every point.
We devised three contingencies to ensure the works exceeded client standards while still maintaining top tier safety compliance. Our due diligence and efficiency in delivering a refresh of the building’s façade, as well as a full lift and lobby refurbishment, resulted in the project’s handover on time and on budget.
