End-of-trip Facilities

Now deemed a necessary feature for commercial buildings, end-of-trip wellness resources are essential when attracting tenants to high-end properties.

Dexus approached Building Guild to provide facilities for this A-grade building asset. We transformed an under-utilised basement, designed for plant and equipment to create an understated yet modern design.

The project scope of works included demolition of the existing structure before the construction of new services. The new fit-out features an array of sophisticated spaces including female and male locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, drying rooms, bike racks, bike parking and storage.

Constructed within a 12-week timeframe, the project was designed to be functional and low maintenance while incorporating a specific range of refined finishes.

This was a highly technical project due to the relocation of building services before the comprehensive fit-out could commence. Our careful planning ensured that the project’s complexities were executed to the satisfaction of the client within the program timeframe.
