The project scope of works included demolition of the existing structure before the construction of new services. The new fit-out features an array of sophisticated spaces including female and male locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, drying rooms, bike racks, bike parking and storage.
Constructed within a 12-week timeframe, the project was designed to be functional and low maintenance while incorporating a specific range of refined finishes.
