Building Guild was engaged as the head contractor for the base building upgrade and complete medical fit-out of IVF Australia. The project entailed the complete medical tenancy fit-out, base build, mechanical upgrades and waterproofing. A series of upgrades and high-specification fit-outs, included:

— Surgery theatres

— Recovery rooms

— Specialist medical facilities

— Consultation rooms and General Practitioner workplaces

— Workplaces

— Extensive mechanical upgrades

— Waterproofing

— Remedial works

Strategic planning of access routes, and management of a constricted programme on the project was undertaken to meet all stakeholder expectations.
Working closely with both Nutbrook Engineering Group, IVF Australia, and various other stakeholders was required.
