Building Guild was engaged by IVF Australia and Australian Unity to deliver
a complex mechanical upgrade, a structural rooftop enclosure and a
multi-level fit-out at 176 Pacific Highway.
The project involved the replacement of rooftop mechanical air conditioning units, AHU’s & CPU’s using multiple crane lifts, all while ensuring the hospital and laboratories remained fully operational. This required meticulous planning and execution to minimize disruptions to staff, patients, and critical medical services.
In addition to the mechanical upgrades, Building Guild completed a high-quality three-level fit-out, designed to enhance functionality and create a modern, comfortable environment for both patients and medical professionals. Close collaboration with IVF Australia and key stakeholders ensured the project met strict NSW healthcare standards and operational requirements.
Through detailed coordination, adaptive scheduling, and expert execution, Building Guild successfully delivered a seamless project, balancing technical complexity with the highest standards of safety and service continuity.
