Harvey Norman
Building Guild was engaged by Harvey Norman to construct a warehouse facility in partnership with Leffler Simes Architects.
With a four-month project timeline, the scope of works required a full demolition of the existing warehouse, involving removal and disposal of the warehouse, roof, ground floor amenities and first floor office.
During the development phase of the project, construction consisted of several elements. This led to Building Guild delivering and project managing concrete works, as well as partitioning, joinery and structural steel installation, the use of metalwork for handrails and access ramps, roofing, masonry, concrete grinding, render make-good, and window make-good.
Cosmetic works were also included after the initial construction of the warehouse. This consisted of internal floor preparation, painting, carpet installation, tiling, and instalment of new garage doors including track, motor and guides.
