The Sir Joseph Banks Industrial Estate comprises three large foot-print buildings, offering office and warehousing accommodation and a learning space, divided into five major tenancies and an expansive 598 space car park.
Dexus Property Group appointed Building Guild for this remediation project through early contractor involvement. Early involvement enabled our team to plan the delivery of works efficiently and with minimal risk.
The project scope of works included:
— Construction of a new car park (works involved the staged replacement of up to 5000sqm of asphalt and concrete)
— A complete façade upgrade of several buildings
— Refurbishment of a standalone café building
— A thorough landscaping scope, including the removal of 35 mature trees, which was stringently coordinated with Bayside Council.
