Amenities Upgrade

Building Guild delivered a detailed amenities upgrade project, including the replacement of the main lobby entrance door in a working environment.

The projects scope of works included:

  • the upgrade of the ground floor kitchen, ground floor male and female amenities
  • first floor kitchen, first floor male and female amenities

The works involved coordinating several services and instalments with a high level of detail. Our previous work in managing and delivering similar amenities and lobby upgrades in sensitive environments meant that we understood the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders.
