Crown Resorts launched its new working environment dedicated for raising training specialists in hospitality, tourism and management. A contemporary design, rich with Indigenous elements, redefined the arrival experience at the Crown training facility. We undertook the structural addition and amendment for a new street façade plus fit-out works that also included an integrated base building upgrade of the amenities, lobby and services.
Due to the high level of surrounding works, a considered program and local logistics planning was critical. The fit-out achieved a 6 Star Green Star Interiors rating as well as a 5 Star NABERS Energy Tenancy rating.
