Cibaria – Manly Pacific Hotel

Building Guild successfully completed the high-end fit-out of a luxury Italian restaurant at the Manly Pacific Hotel, located at 55 North Steyne, Manly. This 900 sqm project, designed by the renowned architecture firm Luchetti Krelle, was delivered in collaboration with Accor Hotels, bringing to life an elevated dining experience that seamlessly blends sophistication, craftsmanship, and functionality.

The extensive fit-out included a fully equipped back-of-house kitchen, a dedicated pizzeria with a custom-built bake oven, and a bisteccaria, each designed to provide a seamless culinary operation. A standout feature of the space is the beautifully integrated Gelato Bar, offering a distinctive touch of Italian authenticity.

Guests are welcomed through a striking new entrance with a meticulously designed front façade, setting the tone for the elegant interiors. The main dining area, complemented by two exclusive private dining rooms and a custom-built wine cellar, creates an inviting yet refined atmosphere. The luxurious space is further enhanced by the installation of three different terrazzo concrete floor finishes, adding a dynamic and textural aesthetic to the restaurant.

To ensure optimal comfort and efficiency, Building Guild installed new mechanical air conditioning units on the rooftop, strategically designed to support the venue’s high-end operations. Additionally, newly fitted-out unisex bathrooms align with the sophisticated ambiance of the restaurant, maintaining a cohesive and polished design throughout.

Delivered within a tight 20-week timeframe, this project showcases Building Guild’s expertise in executing premium hospitality spaces with precision and attention to detail. By seamlessly integrating high-quality materials, expert craftsmanship, and state-of-the-art functionality, we have created an exceptional dining destination that reflects both the vision of Luchetti Krelle and the high standards of Accor Hotels.
