Building Guild was engaged to complete a residential renovation for a beach-side residence designed by Luchetti Krelle.
The works on this high-end family home consisted of demolition and the construction of a second story, a new kitchen, two additional bathrooms, a carport and a pergola.
The Arcadia Street project features industrial finishes accompanied by polished concrete flooring and carefully selected lighting to bring a sense of warmth to the home. Carefully selected combinations ensured versatility within the space, enabling the home to age well with a young growing family.
