Building Guild delivered a restaurant fit-out of 83-85 Market Street Wollongong, providing a new home to the popular roving pop-up stall Ain’t Nonna’s. The restaurant features exposed brick walls and stylish modern fittings that give a casual yet homely feel to this corner of Wollongong’s CBD. The lowered ground level and the glass and steel panel walls separating the café from the neighbouring office space provide it with a sense of privacy and comfort.
The construction of the café involved creative solutions for implementing civic upgrades and managing constant rain, COVID restrictions, as well as disruptions to both labour and supply. To learn more about our project at 83-85 Market Street, click here
