Building Guild transformed multiple levels within this architecturally significant office tower into contemporary workplace environments. We created premium pre-fitted offices to assist prospective tenants in visualising the space.
The project comprised the make-good, speculative fit-out and lobby upgrades, and a complete services overhaul, capturing an area of 946sqm across each of the three levels.
The fast tracked 16-week program was achieved on time; with a high quality result and with a client centric approach.
