66 Goulburn Street Sydney, or the prominent Civic Tower, is built above the Masonic Centre and comprises 24 levels of quality A Grade office accommodation.
Building Guild transformed a series of levels within this architecturally significant office tower, on levels 9, 10 and 19, into contemporary environments. We created premium pre-fitted offices to assist prospective tenants in visualising the space.
The project comprised the make-good, speculative fit-out and lobby upgrades, and a complete services overhaul, capturing an area of 946sqm across each of the three levels.
The fast tracked 16-week program was achieved on time; with a high quality result and with a client centric approach.
