66 Goulburn Street Sydney, or Civic Tower, built above the Masonic Centre, comprises 24 levels of quality A-Grade offices.
Building Guild transformed a series of levels within this architecturally significant office tower, on levels 9, 10 and 19, into contemporary environments.
We created premium offices to assist prospective tenants in visualising the space.
The project comprised the make-good, speculative fit-out, lobby and amenities upgrades, and a complete services overhaul, capturing an area of 946sqm across each of the three levels.
The level 19 design features generous break-out areas with large central island kitchenette, timber-lined banquette seating and partitioning, set against floor to ceiling windows to bring a substantial amount of light into the spaces. Characterised by terracotta hues and contrasted with strong black accents in the lighting, joinery, signage and furniture detailing, creating a distinctly modern contrast within a café culture style setting.
The fast tracked 10-week program was achieved on time; with a high-quality result and with a client centric approach.
Key Challenges:
— Long lead times
— Working Within an Occupied Office Tower
