Building Guild was engaged to complete a workplace speculative fit-out spanning levels 17 and 19 of this North Sydney landmark.
With the previous lease of 206sqm nearing expiry, the works included fitting-out a functional yet engaging space to enhance the commercial value for a future long-term tenant.
Working in partnership with RAD Design, we created a sustainable, open and flexible working space with smart and cost-effective fixtures that delivered optimum functionality. The new fit-out includes upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical services, new hydraulic services, fixtures and fittings, partitioning, carpets and ceilings.
Working in a live environment, we took a sensitive and tactical approach to delivering the works to ensure disruptions were minimised to the neighbouring tenancies within the building.
