Spec Fit Out, Make-Good

Located in the heart of Sydney’s financial district, 1 Farrer Place is a premium office environment across two landmark towers.

We transformed a series of spaces in the Governor Macquarie Tower into a contemporary environment and created a pre-fitted office to assist prospective tenants in visualising the space.

The project comprised the make-good, speculative fit-out, lobby and goods lift upgrade, amenities, the addition of a new DDA WC and a complete services overhaul, capturing an area of 500sqm.

The design features premium office space, generous break-out areas, workstations, client reception, meeting and conference facilities, and private glass partitioned boardrooms to enable collaboration and flexibility, all within a world-class workplace tower.

Following the project commencement, a new fire report was completed for the building, including certifications and requirement alterations specific to the asset, which we integrated seamlessly into our works.

The fast tracked 10-week program was achieved and successfully reflects the building’s pedigree, while achieving a 6-star Green Star rating.
