Turner Freeman Law Firm
Encompassing a total area of 670m2, Turner Freeman’s Law Firm space is a stand-out office fit-out project, transforming a traditional legal practice into a functional and elegant workplace. Building Guild were engaged by Knight Frank after a competitive and comprehensive tendering process, due to our commitment to delivering within the project programme, as well as our reputation for quality and value for money office fit-out projects. An outstanding example of our commercial work, the full-floor fit-out of Level 12, 160 Sussex Street Sydney features a highly efficient layout inclusive of private spaces for client meetings, whilst enabling team collaboration through clear lines of sight across the floor space.
Building Guild’s project journey commenced with a blank canvas, which allowed for a solid understanding of the mechanical and hydraulic building requirements. Working within a live environment, our team ensured to minimise disruptions, undertaking noisy works and coordinating deliveries and materials movement to times outside of business hours.
Having played an active role in ensuring the modest architectural details were maximised at every opportunity, from a construction detail perspective, we are extremely proud of the quality of this project. From the alternating glazing frame detailing on the offices and doors, through to the concealed pump-out system in the kitchenette and careful coordination of building services to minimise visual distractions, Building Guild took every opportunity to pore over the details in the project, manifesting in the outstanding results.
