We provided a contemporary refurbishment to the entire Wyndham Hotel, spanning 120 suites and 14 floors.
With a multi-staged plan, the project required the complete demolition of the existing suites and subsequent upgrade delivered across various levels. The project scope included new fittings and finishes inclusive of carpet, painting, joinery. We also provided new TV cabinetry, vanities, toilet pans, taps, basins and shower screens. These works varied for each room and level.
While undertaking staged construction, we minimised the impact of our work on the fully operating hotel environment. Our considered approach to access and noise contingencies was a crucial element to the fulfilment of this project.
