The Greenwood Hotel, built in 1878 is an iconic North Sydney establishment. With its charming sandstone façade, The Greenwood Hotel is well known across the state. A much-needed hotel refurbishment restored the lustre of the high-traffic watering hole and injected new colour and life into the venue.
Our team managed refurbishment works across several of the bars, new amenities over two floors, kitchen facilities as well as the installation of a new outdoor bar and finishes.
We refreshed the beloved Chapel bar, the venue’s largest interior space, which features polished floorboards and a striking cathedral ceiling. We also revived the tired interior of the Bistro Lounge. Distinctive neon lighting, hanging plants and metal finishes were the final touch, bringing new life to the famed hotel.
