After proving a success in Melbourne’s inner-city suburbs, One Hot Yoga chose to operate its first Sydney studio in a multi-level heritage, art deco property in Kings Cross.
We meticulously planned our construction methodology to limit impact on the other building tenants (housing City of Sydney Council) and the local community.
Working in partnership with Melbourne architecture studio Robert Mills Architecture and Interiors, we constructed the interior space, armed with fully documented interior design. We also delivered building service elements as a design and construction scope.
While the final space is largely open plan, many elements of the project required complex construction and engineering solutions to create luxurious spaces that could maintain temperatures required for hot yoga.
