Set inside Coco Republic’s state-of-the-art interior showroom, the meticulously crafted L’Americano bar and dining is the first of its kind in Sydney. Embedded into the experience of a luxury lifestyle showroom, the space invites patrons to savour the premium, design-led experience on offer. Designed by Alexander & Co, we excited about bringing their vision for the 1950s Italian seaside themed concept to life. Our scope of construction works was heavily focused on delivering on quality craftsmanship in the joinery, brass, leather and metalwork elements of the space. An open, fresh food preparation area and elegant lighting complements the fresh 1950s aesthetic.
Our scope included the reticulation of services to the café area via a new raised floor as well as painting the exterior of the building (spanning a large section of O’Riordan Street) to create a more scene for customers to enjoy an engaging food experience.
Completed over four weeks, our team worked in collaboration with both the client group and Alexander & Co., providing open platform for flexibility and to allow the design team to change elements as the works came together. We created an outstanding, one-of-a-kind, integrated café and showroom experience within the set budget.
