Fit-Out

Hub is a commercial workplace fit-out for co-working office space firm Hub Australia.

Sitting on the fringe of Sydney’s CBD, this 4,800sqm co-working specialist, was established to help small businesses grow without the price tag of occupying a premium building tenancy. The spaces featured an exclusive range of facilities that included activity-based workspaces, meditation/relaxation rooms, gymnasium, serviced and non-serviced meeting rooms, exclusive member kitchens and a warm café full of natural light overlooking the Sydney CBD landscape.

We were tasked to ensure the building met with compliance standards prior to fit-out commencement. Modification works involved tenancy split partitioning, tenancy suite adaptations, mail rooms, foyer entry, kitchenette spaces, and meeting rooms as well as design uplifts to the end-of-trip facilities and cafeteria.

Working in partnership with boutique design consultancy alkimi studio, our team was tasked to transform the heritage-listed, ex-department store consisting of five-floors of offices. The existing building envelope has maintained its character and charm and an array of unique features. The fit-out created a contemporary space for its occupiers, catering to a wide range of requirements, making the workplace a highly functional office environment.
