With 130 top rope routes, 60 boulders and over 9000 holds, Building Guild completed the state-of-the-art fit-out of, Climb Fit’s indoor climbing centre.
The sport and recreational project saw an industrial warehouse converted into an indoor climbing facility and gymnasium comprising a floor area of 3500sqm. The climbing facility used multiple angled and height specially engineered rock walls for the varying degrees of rock-climbing experience.
The internal fit-out scope of works included the demolition of existing offices, followed by the construction of an extensive gymnasium, change rooms and full amenities. A mezzanine office was installed, featuring a new entry reception counter with full-height, black, aluminium-framed glazing door suite.
Completed in six weeks, the successful outcome obtained was the result of the project team’s ability to adapt and respond to the client’s needs as they arose during the course of the build.
